Unfortunately, I’ve had many occasions recently where clients have cancelled at the last minute or just not turned up.. so in future if I get less than 24 hours notice to reschedule then the session will have to be paid for in full.
I am very busy and this is unfair on clients who are on a waiting list of people wanting to see me. Cancelling at short notice or not showing up isn’t tolerated by your dentist.
Fairs fair… if I have to cancel your appointment within 24 hours notice (a rare occurrence) I will give you the next session for free. (I bet you don’t get that from your dentist!!)
